• Services offered - We deliver cargo services to and from the Cayman Islands to our various gateways. We provide Standard Cargo, Jiffy, Live Animals, Dangerous goods, Perishables and Non-Standard cargo services.

  • Refund/Return policy - Cayman Airways does not offer a refund policy on cargo already transported. You may a submit a claim for Cargo that was lost, damaged, or partially delivered (each, a "Claim"). Claims may only be submitted by the party that owns the claim rights, and can demonstrate ownership of such rights.

  • Export restrictions - Cayman Airways abides by any export/import restriction as dictated by the Country of Origin/Destination. It is the shippers responsibility to ensure they are aware of any restrictions before having cargo delivered to our offices for shipment.

  • Delivery Policy - All cargo must be paid for before final paperwork can be delivered. Where applicable further customs requirements may be required before your goods can be released to you. Customs clearance is outside the scope of our services.
